Description:	6 or more bedroom house with 4 bathrooms. Are you relocating to Taranaki for work, energy plant shutdowns etc, and in need of accommodation in a relaxed friendly environment that feels like a home away from home. Or already in living in Taranaki and looking for local accomodation. A little about us: We are an easy going, friendly couple, with a grown up family, we very much enjoy meeting people. We live in Eltham, in a semi- rural setting with stunning mountain views, and beautiful surroundings. We are situated literally within a two minute drive to Fonterra, Anzco, or the local shopping which includes cafes, art and craft shops, vintage and second-hand clothing, as well as designer clothing, antique shops, four square, Doctor, Pharmacy, Library, Post Shop, Schools, etc We would like to share our unique 13 room spacious, clean and comfortable home with boarders on either a short or longer term basis. Cost of board is $210 per week. You need to supply your own groceries and be happy to cook and clean for yourself. We run a clean and tidy smoke free home. We are looking for honest, mature, and trustworthy working people, with a relaxed and friendly attitude, along with a good sense of humour. Board includes power, gas water heating, and unlimited Wifi to all rooms. FEATURES OF OUR HOME Comfortable lockable bedrooms, king single beds provided, bedding optional if required, extra $10 per week for linen, this fee includes washing bed linen once per week. Large fully equipped shared kitchen. Fridges, Pantries, and Microwave provided. 2 washing machines and clothes dryer available. Boarders share two bathrooms featuring two showers, Both showers offer continuous infinity gas hot water supply. Bathroom is thoroughly cleaned once a week. Shared Lounge with 65” TV, & unlimited wifi provided Four heat pumps, one large wood Fire, situated in the community kitchen, goes all winter, we provide a warm cosy fully insulated dry home. Off Street private Car-parking Quiet and peaceful rural surroundings, with stunning Mountain Views. No pets.
