Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Join us in our spacious sunny home in Mosgiel. 1 unfurnished double room available. Large room with built-in wardrobe and afternoon sun. We are looking for a clean, quiet, and mature person with previous flatting experience who is working or studying. Rainbow friendly Ash (31) works a mixture of in-office and from home, and my partner William (28) is in his last year of study at Otago Uni. Our flatmate, Minn (30s), also works full time. We have 2 rescue cats so no cats or dogs (other pets may be considered). House is sunny, warm, and dry, with two heatpumps and pellet fire in the living room. No pets or smokers.
