Description:	2 bedroom townhouse with 2 bathrooms. UPDATE The room is now rented through early August and because of some uncertainties, I am not showing the room currently. Part-time or short-term rental welcome. Rental payments can be adjusted downward for part-time. The flat is located directly across from the marina in Milford. Less than 5 minute walk to Milford beach. 1 minute walk to Little Finch espresso. 2 minute walk to nearest bus stop. Less than 10 minute walk to Milford shops. The flat is two levels. I live upstairs and will maintain that as my private residence (ie, not a shared space) On offer is a private double bedroom with en suite and kitchenette on the downstairs level just off the garage. Shared washing machine and indoor space for hanging laundry. There is off street parking for one car and indoor storage for bicycle and other things. The room has a queen sleigh bed, desk, heater, lamp, large closet and small chest of drawers. The large bathroom has shower, heater, and heated towel rack. Just outside the room is full-sized fridge, microwave, air fryer and kettle. Hot plate not allowed. Fully furnished with bed and bath linens, dishes, and cutlery.
