Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. 1x Bedroom close to hospital available! Kia ora! Hola! Hello! We’re looking for a flatmates to fill our spare room. The room is fully-furnished and is available from end of April/early May. We’re located in a new 68 home development, only a few minutes drive to the hospital, Ngamotu Beach, and the city centre. The house is basically kitted out with all the necessary appliances and dishes. The house itself is pretty cool - open living downstairs, with an outdoor table and mountain view, single garage (for storage), and we even have a bath complete with bubbles. There is also a small herb and vege garden out the back if you like growing your own kai :) It’s also double glazed, fully insulated and comes with a heat pump. About us: I’m 27 and love doing lots of creative things. I paint, draw, cook, play piano and ukulele, and am currently learning Spanish. I’m also into yoga, meditation, sunsets, beach walks and hiking, and I'm pretty well travelled too. My other flatmate is a primary school teacher and a wholesome gal. She enjoys cooking, crafts, a good sunset and getting outdoors too <3 Our ideal flatmate would be a female mid 20s or older, working professional. Being clean, kind, and respectful is important too! Big ups if you are a foodie. No pets, smokers, or couples. Room 2: $270 p/w including expenses - comes furnished (queen bed, desk and drawers - and an epic mountain view <3) No pets or smokers.
