Description:	5 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. Sunny room available with own bathroom and separate toilet (in hallway). Room is unfurnished but can supply some items if needed. Plenty of room in the kitchen for all your things. Lounge/kitchen/dinning is all open plan with large sliding doors onto the deck. The deck is large and half covered with views over Arkles and down to Auckland. And there is a wood fire in the lounge for winter. Arkles beach is down a bush walkway from the back gate, and there's an outdoor shower in front of deck. It is not a party house, just an easy going relaxing home. We are looking for someone who works full time, is honest, pays rent on time and is easy going. I do have an old cat (14yrs) who just sleeps all day except when he’s eating. No pets.
