Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Double bedroom available in a quiet house located close to a bus stop and one off street park available. Bedroom gets plenty of sun (north facing) and has a double wardrobe. The house is double glazed and warm. Plenty of outdoor space and an area to do gardening if you like to grow your own veges. I'm the home owner in my early 30s, have one cat and work in the city but usually work from home a couple of days a week. The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet, mostly young families or retired couples. This is not a party house, the ideal flatmate is single, employed, chill/quiet and respectful of shared spaces. No charge for Internet, however the monthly power bill is additional on top of rent, split evenly. No pets or smokers.
