The house is fully insulated and has a DVS system to keep the house warm and dry. Main heating is via a large heat pump. Small heater in bedrooms. Lounge has Sky TV and there is unlimited wireless broadband You'll be sharing with one quiet person who spends most of her day time doing creative stuff in her studio and relaxes in front of the TV most evenings. There are spacious lawns front and rear which are taken care of by a contractor. For anyone interested, there is a manageable, gated garden for flatmate which is laid to lawn with a vege patch at the end. (But not obligatory!) There is a choice of single or queen bed - see pics, you choose. Extensive storage, outdoor and indoor drying areas. Ideal for craftwork. Pets negotiable, no smokers.
