Description:	2 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Flatmate wanted: Adult student/employed/professional. Officially in Frankton but is a short walk to the central city, Hamilton Lake, Frankton village. 10 min drive to Waikato Uni. Decent sized room for rent. I can supply a full sized free-standing rimu wardrobe with the room if you want it. You’d be sharing a quiet 1950s 2 bedroom home with the owner and two well trained, socialised, older, but still very active dogs. You must be a genuine animal person and be able to live well with my dogs. Storage negotiable. Pets negotiable (cats not really suitable). Dependent on your animal there may be some additional rent. If you have a dog it'll need to fit in. Excellent veggie gardens, fruit trees, decent sized section, fully fenced leafy back yard, outdoor areas, log fire with firewood supplied, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the central city. I have a decent chest freezer, so never pay full price for meat etc. I'm open to a move in date or time frame you're looking for somewhere to live. I'm more interested in finding the right person. Food is important to me, so it would be good to have someone like minded, maybe with some adventurous tastes, and can cook. 2 weeks bond, 2 weeks rent in advance. Share normal household chores.
