Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Two rooms are available for female flatmates: -Double bed (NZD 175) -Queen bed, slightly larger (NZD 195) The standalone 2-storey house is fully furnished, including dryer for clothes. It has cctv, hrv, burglar alarm and heat pump. I have an ensuite, so you will only share the bathroom with the other flatmate. Room can be empty or comes with bed (queen or double), mattress, table and chair. It’s up to you. In addition to your wardrobe, you will have extra storage spaces next to your room. The rooms are similar except the other one is slightly smaller. All bedrooms are upstairs. The dining room, living room, kitchen and powder room are in the ground floor. I’m looking for one or two flatmates. Long term. No sleepover. I’m pretty much busy at work and travel a number of times per year, so we may not see each other that much. I work in CBD. You will be responsible for cleaning your room and bathroom and we’ll have weekly schedule for cleaning the common areas. Only one off street parking is available but on street parking is easy to find in the area. House is near the train track but not adjacent to it. You may hear it if you open the window. Windows are double glazed with ‘sound proof’ liner. If you are interested, send an email with a little bit of information about you. Bond is 3 weeks’ rent plus one week rent in advance. No pets or smokers.
