Full Access to all shared spaces in the house. We are looking for an intelligent, grounded, sociable flatmate to share our home with and to have a yarn and/or drink with from time to time, share meals occasionally etc. Note this is a very spacious 3 bedroom, house for grown-ups, not your typical crowded student-like multiple-occupancy setup. We want this to feel like YOUR home too - not like you are simply a paying guest in someone else's family home. In return, we hope you will want to treat your home and your flatmates with the respect we deserve, too! :-) Long term, stable flatmates only (minimum 6 month contract). Bond is 4 weeks rent.
