Description:	2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. I’m a mature professional woman seeking a part time flatmate - senior mature professional male or female. Would suit a professional who requires some Auckland accommodation when commuting and working in Auckland, An unusual request but hoping there is a great match out there. :) I have a double room with its own separate large bathroom in a gorgeous spacious fully furnished apartment overlooking Okahu Bay. Views to die for! I have just added some photos of the room and also some pics with my furnishings. I am still gettting some things straight but almost there! :) It does not have off street parking available but there is always on street available right outside. I work some days from home so am looking for a professional who goes into an office. It would suit a commuter who spends some week days in Auckland. Male or female is all cool with me. Finding the right person who fits my pretty quiet lifestyle would be great. Wouldn’t suit couples or students. The beach is on the doorstep and lovely waterfront walks to Mission Bay, Kohi etc. Bus stop very very close. If you think this might suit you get in touch and let me know a little about yourself. Rent is all inclusive of utilities/bills, Netflix, wifi, streaming etc. Food at your own cost. The photos are not of my furniture as I have just moved in, but I have lovely stuff and art and will post my own pics once I have better settled in. :) No pets or smokers.
