About the Rooms: We've got not one, but two rooms up for grabs (however only filling one, so take your pick) – The largest at $245 per week, while the smaller at $180 per week. The big room is big enough for a super king bed and comes with a radiator, a built-in wardrobe, and a 42-inch TV! Amenities: Two bathrooms, two toilets downstairs, and a fully stocked kitchen. The laundry has a washer and dryer. Large living area and a big outdoor deck for when the sun comes out here in Dunedin. Parking: Plenty of parks on the street. Note: We are dog people and currently have 2 friendly dogs at the property so ideally you are an animal lover! No pets or smokers.
