This house is perfect for those who appreciate their own space while enjoying shared amenities. Shared facilities include a large kitchen/living/dining area (great for dinner parties!), a bathroom and extra toilet, and laundry. The sketched plan shows the room and private lounge area layout - its a large space so great for a desk and work from home area as well. There’s plenty of extra on street parking and you’re within about 15 minutes walking distance of two train stations. Join a mature, work from home (I have a separate workspace) professional male in a welcoming environment that will suit either a single or a couple 30+ desiring their own semi self-contained space. A little bit about me… I enjoy good food, coffee and wine, mountain biking. Shared expenses including internet, power, water, gas and cleaning products are an additional $150 per person per month in winter and $125 in summer. The space is available immediately (I’ve just moved in so there’s still some curtains to be installed in the lounge etc).
