Lovely house, with lovely slightly overgrown gardens, a fig tree and 5 citrus trees, feijoas etc Nice deck off the shared dining area. There are places to grow vegetables if that's your thing. Flat with a friend take a room each, share the lounge, this is for both rooms and a lounge (I am also listing these separately but would prefer it to be sold to people who know each other, I will sell single rooms if needed.) Large lounge, with two upstairs bedrooms There is a loft single bed, which could be used a bed or storage if you prefer a floor bed and a double bed (can be removed). This is your space and can be closed off from the rest of the house by shutting a door to this private area.
