Fully carpeted room, Queen bed, built-in wardrobe, unlimited high speed fibre wi-fi and a heat pump. Bathroom is to be shared with another flatmate. House has washing machine and dryer; and a modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven and fridge. Plenty of off-street parking available. Located close to Southern motorway with 3-4 mins drive to Sylvia Park, PAK’nSAVE and Countdown supermarkets. On Bus routes to Panmure Bus/Train station and Otahuhu Bus/Train Station (Bus Route 323). Rent is $250 per week (for single occupant) and $350 (for couple) - all inclusive with reasonable use of electricity, gas and water. Requires 2 weeks of bond and a week’s rent in advance. Please note that in line with our cultural beliefs, we kindly ask that no beef or pork be brought into our home. Chicken, lamb and fish are okay. Thank you for respecting our traditions.
