Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Want a place to live and enjoy, this maybe what you are after. This is a new house under a year old, in a quiet area of town, yet still central. A short walk to the hospital, and shorter to the lake. Close to arterial roads you can get most places quick and easy. Your bedroom is upstairs, has a nice view orientated North for all day sun, it is warm and comfortable with room for any bed and furniture, and has a double wardrobe. Upstairs includes a separate toilet, a large bathroom with shower and enormous new bath. Downstairs is a modern kitchen, dinning room, and lounge which leads onto the covered deck. A washing machine is available. The highest speed unlimited broadband is provided. Both of us are rainbow members. We are social, respectful, and everybody gets their space. Ideally seeking another rainbow person or female. A worker would be great. Any reliable applicant considered. Weekly cost is rent of $200, with weekly costs of $40 for power and gas, the highest speed broadband, and shared misc costs (such as cleaning supplies). You only need provide your own bed & bedding plus bedroom furnishings. No pets or smokers.
