The room comes with a double bed, (optional) desk, and clothes hanger. Ideally, you would bring a drawer set, a desk chair and yourself! You’ll be just walking distance from buses, shops, restaurants, and Raglan Roast for your morning coffee fix! You’ll be sharing the apartment with a guy and gal, both professionals in the public sector. We like to share meals and a beverage while watching Netflix, but we also respect each other’s personal space. Rent is $330 per week with an additional $25 for expenses which cover utilities and Wi-Fi. Bond is 4 weeks, plus 2 weeks rent in advance ($1,980). The apartment building features easy rubbish/recycling facilities, secure key-tag entry, and regular maintenance like lobby cleaning. We’re looking for someone easygoing and responsible who’s looking to make this place their home. If you enjoy a casual vibe and great company, this could be the perfect spot for you!
