THIS HAS BEEN RENTED ??SEMI-SELF CONTAINED - ALL INCLUSIVE RENT - $350.00 (Lounge/Bathroom/Kitchenette/Use of Second Room for added space) Hi Everyone, I am wanting to rent the use of the downstairs (semi-self-contained) level of my home, It contains two bedrooms, it's own bathroom and lounge, and the laundry room (see floor plan) Rent includes: • Unfurnished Main Bedroom with Double Wardrobe • Use of spare room next door for storage etc if needed – • Kitchenette set-up (Fridge-Freezer/Microwave/Toaster/bench oven/Jug) if required (not currently available but all set to purchase) • Furnished Lounge (75 inch Frame Samsung TV – Netflix/Neon/Prime Video/Apple streaming services included) • Power (subject to fair use) • Unlimited Wifi I prefer a single person but happy to discuss couples/solo parents with part-time care -- I am super flexible and open to negotiation with the right person. The house is 3 levels – I am the owner (Nikki) and live up-stairs with 2 children which are in my care 50 percent the time (ages 10 and 13) who pretty much keep to themselves when home, all our rooms are on the top floor. The only shared space is the Laundry which is on the lower floor. Living space upstairs includes a 2nd lounge and full kitchen (welcome to use) Dining room, plus three bedrooms on the top split level floor both areas are quite separate from each other. My hobbies include hiking (Loads of multiday hikes around NZ) and playing guitar – I am pretty easy going and flexible. I work full time for a Law firm in the city – and 2 days a week at home. The lounge or spare room downstairs could be used if you work from home occasionally or study, and plenty of room to put a dining table or set up how you like. The house is set in the Pinehaven Hills and is private and safe. Close to Railway/Busses/Parks -- Cute little cafe 5 minute walk/ Supermarket / very close motorway access Photos are of the downstairs areas only CATS are okay not suitable for a dog No smokers.
