We have an open plan kitchen, overlooking a sunny deck, fenced front lawn, and two epic existing flatmates who have lived together for three years. Looking for someone who will respect the place, but sociable and clean. Great space for Bbq's outside in the sun & a large downstairs storage/ garage. Looking for someone in their late 20s to early 30s in a 9-5 job who is tidy, considerate, friendly and independent. So if you're a happy and positive professional who enjoys good food and laughs with your housemates then you'll fit right in. Place is fully furnished but things can be moved around if you want to bring some furniture. No pets or smokers.
