Large master bedroom with a large double wardrobe and ocean views. Option 2: $275 per week. Standard size room with a single wardrobe and window looking out to the back yard. Can fit a queen or king bed + chest of drawers or desk. House details: There is a wood fire in the lounge and heat pump in the dining room. The kitchen includes a modern gas cooktop/electric oven with range hood, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and windows looking out to a large back yard (with a lemon tree, grapefruit tree, passionfruit vine, and worm farm). The bathroom includes a shower, lush spa bath and separate toilet. The laundry is outside and includes a new washing machine and dryer plus an additional freezer. Garage for bikes, surfboards etc. The lounge photo is of my previous flat and furniture, I will update once I have settled in! The lease will renew end of February 2025. Current flatmates: Natasha: 34 year old working as a computational biologist in environmental science. Generally pretty active (gym, yoga, swimming, hiking, surfing, mountain biking). I love cooking, and have previously loved sharing meals, wine, and movies. Will also send you invites to all the events (gigs/theatre/art/philosophy etc) on the regular! Elena: 25 year old working as a teacher at a local primary school.
