The property has plenty of off street parking and a nice fully fenced yard located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The room, while on the smaller side fits a queen size bed and has a wardrobe. There is also an additional hallway wardrobe for extra storage. If needed the room can be partially furnished with a queen size bed and a six drawer tall boy. There is a third room currently set up as a guest room that can be shared for that purpose or can be changed to an office or additional storage room as suits both flatmates.
