Main living area is spacious and open onto a deck. It is a heat pump to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Situated in Te Atatu South will be 6 minutes to motorway and west city mall, shops , take aways and supermarkets, 10 minutes walking to public transport ,20 minutes driving from CBD. Secure off street parking for one vehicle. You will be super secure as the gate is closing after 6 pm but you will have unlimited access by having a remote control. Ideal flatmate will be clean, tidy, payment of rent promptly, nice and friendly. Everyone( male or female) are welcome Rent will be $260 including expenses. The existing flatmate is a professional (scientist) sometimes with long hours at work and gym It is a cat in the house called Fonsi who like people but no other cats around Rent is 2 weeks in advance and the bond is 2 weeks rent. Strictly no couples or smokers . This room will suit to a student or single professional working in the area. It is a very nice a quiet area .
