Description:	3 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. Hello Wellington! We are looking for somebody to fill the third room in our home in Roseneath (Alexandra Road). Our awesome flattie is moving closer to his family, so an earlier move-in date can be arranged if you like. Decent size bedroom with patio door and internal storage. Shared bathroom with just one of us. Deck from the kitchen overlooking Lyall Bay and Evans Bay. Double glazed as well as central heating. And of course… 3 incredible housemates! We are looking for somebody who is friendly, chilled and tidy. We of course don’t mind if you prefer your own space, but it would be nice to gain a new mate in the process where we can have drinks at the weekend and chill out watching a movie from time to time etc. Get in touch to arrange a viewing.
