Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Heya, we have a double bedroom available in our beautiful home in Forrest Hill. The house is conveniently located (not on main road)and is about 10min drive from Takapuna & 15min drive to CBD. The house is sunny, light, aesthetically designed with modular kitchen & a designer bathroom with bathtub. The house also has central air conditioning meaning the house has a more equitable temperature than even Auckland. The house also comes with a private POOL :). It gets even better as the pool is heated for about 5months in an year. The room has doors leading to a shared balcony & gets the morning sun. The room itself is a double bedroom with built in wardrobe. Room comes unfurnished. A large modern bathroom is shared with two others. Sorry, no couples/pets unfortunately. Rent - $280 + $30 expenses (water, power & internet). Communal items such as paper towels, rubbish bags, dish liquid etc. are about $4 a week and paid as bills come through. You will be living with a single guy, single girl and a couple & also our 2 cats - Beefy & Freyja. We are all professionals in our mid 20’s - mid 30’s. We lead fairly busy & active lives and treat our home as our sanctuary. We are all eco conscious, social but also respectful of everyone’s privacy & space. Definitely not loud or party type. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, responsible, respectful & pays their bills on time :) No pets or smokers.
