Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Our house is situated down a long driveway away from the road. Large living and dining area, bathroom with separate toilet, plenty of storage, large combination garden and outdoor area. Off street parking in front of house. You will be sharing bathroom with two current flatmates. The house is a lockwood style house - it is made completely out of interlocking wood. The house creaks from time to time as the wood expands and contracts in the morning and evening. Would likely not suit someone who is a light sleeper. Room available is a double bedroom with double wardrobe. No furnishings in room provided. The rest of house is completely furnished. Rent is $220 per week plus $30 expenses. Bond is four weeks rent ($880). We are looking for a new flatmate to join two current female flatmates 35 and 22 years old. One is the owner of the home. Both are working profressionals in South Auckland area. Clean, tidy, independent, creative, and active in our respective Christian communities. Ideal flatmate would be a working professional, similar age/stage of life, reliable in paying rent, experienced living in a flat situation before, clean and tidy, respectful, social, active, non-smoker/drugs. No pets or smokers.
