There is also a separate entrance on the side of the house for direct access to the room. A full kitchen is available upstairs for cooking. You be be sharing with a family of two adults, three kids and a non-shedding loving maltese/lhasa apso dog. The house backs directly onto Cornwall Park with a private access, has a heated pool and is within walking distance of Pak n Save supermarket. Greenwoods Corner is just up the road with it's bars, restaurants and cafes. This is a family home so no parties or loud music please. The rent is inclusive of internet and water. Power share is a quarter of the total bill, approximately $100 per month. Parking is on the road but can be off street for an additional cost. No pets or smokers.
