Close to bus stop, Glendowie college & park. We have 3 rooms available. Single room: $230/week +off street parking Double room: $250/week + 1 Onsite parking Large room: $290/week + 1Onsite carport parking Couples are ok, $160 for extra person+unity cost to stay in the same room. We provide a bed & table - no extra cost or can be an empty room if you prefer. My partner and I are mid-age and stay at the farm in Northland. Currently, we plan to come and stay here a few times/months but will stay longer if the work requires us to come to the Aukland office. We have 2 friendly dogs which normally stay at the farm but they come with us when we are there. So the small-medium size dog is ok negotiable but no cat, A small pet that can stay in your room like a hamster is ok.
