Description:	4 bedroom townhouse with 3 bathrooms. This is one of our rooms available in our Mt Roskill flat! The reason this room is up for rent because our flatmate is moving back to the UK! We are sad she’s leaving but it is what it is. So we have either this room available or an ensuite room available. This bedroom has a bathroom shared with one girl so the preference is a female or a very clean male. We have a brand new build so our house is only two years old so it’s quite warm and very modern kitchen like a gas burner etc. This room is upstairs and the ensuite is downstairs. If you’d like to view both rooms please reach out. Current flatmates- A couple who work full time and study, a part time worker and full time student and myself self employed. Ages are 21-28. NO COUPLES, there just isn’t enough space sorry. Bills are 25/30 per week depending on how much people use the dryer for their clothes etc etc. No smokers.
