Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Looking for a tenant to occupy our downstairs sleepout room. This room is private and cozy with large wardrobes, direct access also available from the room downstairs via sliding french doors. There is a separate dedicated bathroom for the tenant to use which is upstairs which can be accessed via the stairs that connect the room to the main house above. We are a small family with a 14 month old infant living at the property, so looking for someone who is a working individual, quiet, considerate, clean and responsible. Common Kitchen area to use. Rent is inclusive of internet and additional $20 during winter months (May-Sept end) to cover for high electricity bills due to heater usage. I can also provide a double bed if needed. Can include couples for $100 extra p.w Bus stop to City Centre is at a walkable distance from the house. There is also a laundromat and New World within walkable distance on the main road. No smokers allowed, not even outside the room. No pets or smokers.
