Description:	5 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. No couples!!!! Looking for one person only! One of the flatmates is moving out of HB. We currently have one room available in our clean and sunny 5 bedroom home, located on the lovely James Cook street in Havelock North opposite a reserve. Centrally located just a few minutes drive from the village and walking distance to local cafes and four square. There is a modern kitchen, comfy living area, 3 bathrooms, large deck with table and chairs. The room is unfurnished.The room is spacious with a double wardrobe and gets the afternoon sun. Existing flatmates two male and one female between the ages 29 to 34 and looking for a professional around the same age to move in to our home. We're all easygoing and fairly independent during the week but enjoy catching up in the evenings and on weekends.
