If you work in the area and only want the room part-time during the week (go home weekends for example), we can work out a lower rent. Just let me know. House has: Separate laundry room. Large back deck. Wood burner for winter. Fully insulated. Instant gas hot water. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. I'm looking for a mature person, working full-time. Must be clean, tidy, reliable and a sense of humour helps. I'm a good cook, and don't mind cooking you a meal or two, but you will need to chip in for the groceries. $280 per week.
