Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Looks out to Mount Ngongotaha , newly decorated .Board includes unlimited Wifi, normal power usage. The bedroom is a decent size with a built in wardrobe and cupboard above the wardrobe. Supplied in the room is a Queen size bed ,tv and drawers. There is a large fridge that you shared with the other boarder. You need to supply your own bedding and towels. Must like animals as there is a dog( he's very friendly) as he's on the property. Must respect and understand that gates needs to be closed to keep the doggie on the property at all times so he doesn't get out. Rainbow friendly :) Please send through a bit of information about yourself, where you work etc. May accept a couple but the price would increase. No pets.
