Description:	4 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Very central CBD side of Mt Eden. One bathroom, one living room. Available around 2nd of June (Move in date can be flexible) We are looking for someone who is respectful of living with others, clean and tidy. Who doesn’t mind helping out around the house. Room is unfurnished, previous flatmate may sell belongs. ie bed. Long term stay preferred Not a party flat, the occasional social gathering is fine though. Some storage is available. Bond is four weeks rent and rent is one week in advance. Currently flatmates are in software, engineering, culinary. We are into keeping fit and health, having chats and laughs.
