The room comes unfurnished but a double bed can be provided. There's not a speck of dreaded damp here, plus it's got a picture-postcard view of the coast. Talk about beach vibes without even stepping foot on the sand! The shared living quarters include everything a stylish urbanite needs – chic bath, two-thumbs-up toilets (yes, there is a spare in case of 'emergencies'), a kitchen stuffed with all the gadgets that'd make Jamie Oliver jealously green, and a dining/living room combo complete with an old-school, but really, warming-you-right-up fireplace. Stroll out on the deck with your morning cuppa to take in the fab garden, brimming with flowers, plants, and that irresistible vista of the sea. And don't worry about the bustle interfering with your me-time, the house is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac. Did I mention the garage full of tools for you DIY junkies out there, and a laundry room that promises to keep the dirty laundry (literally) out of sight? The cherry on the top? Enjoy a cold evening in the spa! About the awesome human I'm looking for: Got XY or XX chromosomes? Doesn't matter to me! I only ask: • You're cool with social ying-yang.
