Room can come with a bed and desk if required, You would have shared use of the main bathroom we are after someone tidy and quiet that Keeps to themselves - need to understand it is a family home not a flat. You would be expected to tidy up after yourself and do your share of cleaning. Bills all shared between us We also have a cat - no other pets will be approved sorry. Applicants will be subject to a reference check and credit check. No pets or smokers.
