Description:	5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Kia ora :) We have a huge sunny room in Freeman’s Bay available from mid-July! Sadly, one of our group is moving overseas. $315 + expenses for a single or $415 + expenses for a couple. We are open to negotiating price if it’s unworkable for your current financial situation. PLEASE NOTE that the flat remaining meat-free is important to us (the four of us flatmates are vegan). We're seeking someone happy to respect this, i.e. not bring meat products into our home. Cheers! Amazing location, between the CBD, K Road, and Ponsonby. Northern/Southern motorway on- and off-ramps are a 1-2 minute drive from the house. Being down a sloped driveway we hardly hear any motorway/street noise. We love our sunny kitchen/dining room with two fridges/freezers and two dishwashers. Sharing bathrooms hasn't been an issue as we have two, each with its own shower, and we have different schedules. There's a washing machine, dryer, deck, washing line, herb/veggie garden beds and a little foresty garden with fruit trees. There is space for one additional car down the driveway and a garage for outdoor storage. Our weekly cleaning roster keeps the place nice and tidy. Your VERY spacious bedroom (7.7m x 4.4m) is on the second level with its own small balcony and heat pump. It gets all day sun. There’s a primary school next door, so you can hear kids playing during school days. Existing flatmates are mid-20s to early 40s. Steve (design technician) has a passion for creating things and is into rock climbing and camping. Estelle (Pharmacy PhD) practises aerial silks, makes art, and loves Halloween. Diego (film) enjoys running, photography and playing board games with his partner Claire. Claire (administration) likes gardening and languages. We often catch up in the kitchen and occasionally schedule get-togethers but otherwise do our own thing. In almost two years living together, we've had a couple of parties, and regularly have partners or friends over. Pets negotiable with agency. Not looking to live with a dog sorry! Pets Negotiable.
