It has a heat pump, double glazing & a sunny deck for great entertaining and an awesome view. The bedroom fits a queen bed and has a double built in wardrobe. it's unfurnished, ie a blank canvas. The bedroom measures 3400 x 3060. The main bathroom is shared with one other person. I'm seeking a quality flatmate who's a really good fit, can add value to the dynamics, house proud, positive & just an all round good sort.
