Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Hi, I’m looking for two professional flatmates (as have two rooms available) to join a house located in East Auckland on the border of Glendowie and Glen Innes. The house is just over three years and has all new amenities. It’s clean, warm, private and well insulated. It is a short walk to a bus stop and Glen Innes train station is also a short drive away. The house is two stories. The downstairs is an open plan, with the kitchen and living area including a heat pump. Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathroom. The living area flows outside to a sunny deck and little garden with a decent sized deck right on the reserve. I have two rooms available. They are both a good size and have a built in wardrobe. There is a queen bed if needed however you would need to furnish your own room. You would be sharing the bathroom when both rooms are filled. There is an additional toilet downstairs. Looking for professionals who are friendly, clean, tidy, easygoing, and like call a place home. Not a party flat but enjoy socialising with a flat meal and catch up whenever.
