Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Hi! I am looking for two flatmates to join me in my home. I would like tidy, responsible and pleasant working professionals (or postgrad studies) girls to live with. This cozy house has easy access to bus stops and is only a short distance away from the University of Canterbury. It is within easy walking distance to the nearest supermarket and about a ten minute drive to Riccarton Mall/the City Centre. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. Lots of suburban homes. Please note that the furnishings in the house are slightly different compared to the photos supplied and that the bedrooms are not furnished. The bedrooms come in two sizes… the first one is a good sized double bedroom and is $200/week the second one is a spacious double bedroom and is $225/week. All the basics like fridge, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc. is supplied. There is one bathroom with two separate toilets. Power will be split between occupants. Chores delegated between occupants. Unlimited Wifi is included in the weekly rent. If you are looking for a lovely place to call home and come back to enjoy and relax, this would be a great place to live in.
