Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. This house is one year old in the new Ara Hills development, which is very quiet and peaceful. The house is well insulated and gets good sun, particularly in the afternoon. There is open-plan living with a small backyard to relax in. I live here with my girlfriend (both 28 y.o) and we have an ensuite, meaning the main bathroom is yours and only shared with any visitors. The third bedroom is used by us as an office. The bedroom is unfurnished - the photos include the current tenant's things. The nearest bus stop is about a 20 minute walk. No pets or smokers.
