Current flatmates are 3 teachers (2 ECE), aged mid 20s - early 30s, independant but happy to chat. Also have one friendly cat. Flatmate must be either working or studying full time, friendly and willing to do their part around the house with upkeep etc. No dogs, but a cat could be considered.
