Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Looking for a female flatmate to share a beautiful old villa (heritage home) located on the edge of Clevedon Village. A bit shabby chic but very homely. Huge section that backs on to the Clevedon Showgrounds (home of the Farmers Market on Sundays). Large room big enough to take a king size bed. Small kitset wardrobe but room to have another one. High ceilings, white walls and wooden floors. Pictures show the room with furniture in it but this will go into the garage. One bathroom with large claw foot bath, shower and toilet. Also has a separate toilet. New installed heat pump in the lounge Heat pump in the lounge and an HRV system as well that circulates air. Separate little dining room. Front porch and large deck at the back of the house. Plenty of parking off the road. Storage in the garage. Must be ok with a skitty old cat and very affectionate medium sized dog (poodle terrier x). Probably looking for the impossible but hoping for another cheery, house-proud female. We both work shift work so while we are very quiet when coming and going sometimes we do need to be able to sleep during the day. You most likely have a busy job and want somewhere quiet to come home to, enjoy company but like your own space and time to chill. No pets or smokers.
