Beautiful kitchen, butler's pantry, open plan living dining with gas fireplace. This is a home (not a party house). We love to do our own thing, as well as having a get together for a drink or chat or head up the road to local cafes or restaurants. Outdoor deck available for BBQ. Plenty of parking on street outside house. Looking for mature professional who is considerate and tidy. We are professionals 30's plus. No Couples sorry. $270/wk plus expenses (approx $30 p/wk, power, gas, water, internet). 1x weeks in advance, 4x wks bond. Good references. No pets or smokers.
