Sunny with indoor plants. Quiet house, safety and privacy are important to me, this place is my wee sanctuary. The home and gardens are kept clean and tidy. There are two 'indoor only' cats living here, so actually liking cats in your space will be important. Again, they do not go outside, so being able to keep windows and doors closed is important. Must be in full time, out of home employment, smoke-free, no pets or children. One room available, currently furnished but can take out the bed if you'd prefer to use your own. $200pw + shared expenses (power, water, internet, own food) Two weeks bond and two weeks rent. ($800) Rent is paid in advance. Household cleaning and lawn mowing etc shared. While the room is available now, finding the right person again, rather than the first person, is more important. No pets or smokers.
