The street is very quiet and the room opens out to the back of the hills, only bird song to be heard :) There is a panel heater in the room warming it up nicely and a heat pump in the living room. Fully furnished living room and kitchen with all appliances needed. Space in garage to store bikes & gear too. Only on street parking available. Ideal flatmate is quiet and respecful working professional. No pets or smokers.
