Description:	4 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Fully furnished with bedding, just bring your bags..and live in clean, warm and peaceful spot in the North East Valley. The house gets lots of sun, so is quite easy to keep warm (we are on the sunny side). We have WiFi controlled heating in all rooms so you can turn them on even before you get home. In the summer the garden is full of apples, grapes and peaches. New World is less than 10 mins walk. We are all international PhD/Post doc. So ideally you are similarly a post grad or young professional. One room is used as an AirB when I am overseas, so you would have to be ok with this. We are all busy working but occasionally have a meal and beer together, BBQ out in the deck in the summer. There is plenty of parking on the street. No pets or smokers.
