4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. We are seeking for one mature flatmate to share a four-bedroom, two storey cottage house in Half Moon Bay. You'll be living with three other flatmates (landlord couple 60yo+one 60plus male flatmate). Prefer one mature / reliable m/f flatmate [working person, part time/full time or semi retiree], non smoker. Long term prefer. Room will be available on 18/01/25. We own one fully furnished full-size sunny upstairs double bedroom as shown in photos. Fully fenced property with a large back yard,off-street parking, Rent: $180pw + exp.$70 per pw .It includes everything except your own food.We provide TV, Blu Ray DVD player, bread toaster, digital air fryer,microwave, heater,clock radio, coffee/tea kettle, electric blankets, pillows, quilts and bath towels in your own room. You only need to supply your own food, toiletries and washing powder. Rent is $250 total per week. 3 Weeks Bond = $750. Minimum stay 6 month is required. The room is for one person only.References required.
