Description:	5 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. Warm, quiet, tidy, and friendly environment. Very convenient place, close to everything. Train Station, supermarket, and Subway are all within 5 mins walking distance. 17mins to Wellington train station (pipitea campus) Furniture is provided for the room. The room is a big room with double-glazing windows. Rent includes electricity, gas and unlimited wifi, however, if you need to use a heater during winter, there will be an extra charge depending on your electricity usage. 3 people share on bathroom, including you. We can also provide a private bathroom for you with an extra charge of 40$ per week. We are looking for one long-term stay working professional or Student (> 6 months) ONLY.
