Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Room available from 16th June Includes WIFI and fair use of power. Ideally looking for someone to stay long-term, 1-2 years. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, we are looking for quiet and friendly flatmates to join us. We are a couple living with our two indoor cats in a home we own, fully furnished with amenities available as well. All bedrooms have recently had ducted heating installed, so will be warm in winter and cool in summer. We will be fully renovating the kitchen later in the year as well. We can provide bedroom furnishings as required; Double bed (as pictured) OR Queen bed, small desk, bedside table, small entertainment unit (not pictured) You will also have use of our plunge pool in summer and spa pool when heated in winter. We are a late twenties/early thirties couple, who enjoy cooking and gaming/anime and travelling. We hope to bring a puppy into our home in the next year as well. We're not a party house but occasionally have friends and family over, always open to a game or movie night. Rainbow friendly household :) No pets or smokers.
