Usually we're quite busy, so we like our privacy, but also social flat with a casual shared dinner and some board games if you're keen. So, we're looking for flats with a similar vibe. -The house: Three level family house situated at the end of the driveway. Elevated, north-facing, bright with wide panoramic sea views, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property. On the middle floor, there is a room available with a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom with a bath is shared only with a girl. On the same floor is a large open-plan living space, a kitchen and a dining room. - believe me, you'll have lunch/dinner enjoying an amazing view! Rent: single $280pw / couple $480pw (one room) or $580 (2 rooms) Bills incluided Move-in date: in two weeks Location: Stanmore Bay, Whangaparaoa Total move-in cost: 2x price of the room + 1 rent There will be a total of 5 flatmates in the house plus our friendly furry, with plenty of storage, garden and deck. -13min to the bus stop -close to the motorway and nice beaches, 8min drive to Silverdale mall, 20min from Shakespeare Park and Albany area.
